What is OHHH?
OHHH is a pack of 20 single-use stain removal wipes in individual sachets. Each sachet contains one pre-moistened wipe designed to treat fresh stains on the spot -no water, no laundry detergent, no laundry room required.
What types of stains does it work on?
OHHH works well on most common everyday stains including coffee, wine, food, sauce, makeup, and general smudges. It is designed for use on most everyday fabrics. Always spot test first.
What fabrics can I use it on?
OHHH is suitable for most everyday fabrics including cotton, polyester, and blends. It is not suitable for delicate fabrics such as silk, leather, suede, or wool. When in doubt, spot test on a hidden area first or take the item to a professional cleaner.
Do I need water?
No. Each sachet contains a pre-moistened wipe - just tear, press, and rub. That's the whole point. OHHH is designed to be used anywhere, without needing access to a sink or water source.
Are the wipes biodegradable?
Yes. The wipes are biodegradable. Please dispose of them in a bin - do not flush. The outer sachet is recyclable where facilities exist.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 Australia wide. For orders under $50, a flat rate shipping fee applies at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days across Australia. Express options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within Australia only. International shipping is something we are working on - stay tuned.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@ohhh.com.au. We will do our best to accommodate changes before dispatch.

What is your returns policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to find a resolution - whether that is a replacement, store credit, or refund.
